Osteopathy | Naturopathy | Capping Therapy | Cranial Osteopathy | Medial Acupuncture | Nutritional Medicine

I am originally from Vancouver, Canada I came to the UK in 1991 to train to be an Osteopath and Naturopath at the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy in London. I had been working at a Naturopathic clinic as a clinical assistant for 6 years and wanted to become a practitioner in my own right.

I completed my studies in 1995 having achieved a BSC(Hons) in Osteopathic Medicine and a Diploma in both Osteopathy and Naturopathy. I was accepted as a member of the General Osteopathic Council and the General Council and Register of Naturopaths. Further studies included Cranial Osteopathy in 1998 and Medical Acupuncture in 2001 both at the British School of Osteopathy and a Diploma with Distinction in Nutritional Medicine from Rusland College in 2007.In 2015 I became a registered Buteyko Breathing Practitioner and in 2017 I completed an advanced certificate in Medical Cupping Therapy from the British Cupping Society.

I worked as an associate practitioner from the time I became a Registered Osteopath and Naturopath and then established the Maple Clinic in 2001. During these years I was also employed by the European School of Osteopathy as a clinic tutor, examiner and lecturer (1998-2008). I was one of the main tutors in the Maternity clinic and for a number of years wrote and examined on the subject of Osteopathic Medicine.

I am currently a full time practitioner, I consider myself to be a Naturopathic Osteopath. My therapeutic aim is a patient centred approach when dealing with acute or chronic complaints. I look at all contributing factors to a symptom picture and address the problem with a number of different therapeutic methods depending on the needs of the patient. It is my goal to give the patient a clear understanding of their problem as well as a diagnosis and to give them the best possible advice and treatment to help them feel better as quick as possible.
